Get our St. Oberholz Signature Roast to enjoy at home

We both have a problem with the current coffee situation: You don’t get our delicious coffee and we have big amounts of coffee in stock that desperately wants you to brew it and drink it. So why not drink our special St.Oberholz blend at home?

Since our cafés are closed due to the current regulations we started to sell our St. Oberholz signature roast by Bonanza Coffee Roasters:

  • 100% arabica blend from Brasil and Honduras
  • great for both filter and espresso
  • 12,50€ for 250g
  • 34,90€ for 1kg

Coworking during Lockdown

Some weeks ago we decided to close down our Cafés to take responsibility for this situation – for you, for us and for our future. 🖤
As we‘ve been seeing positive progress we‘ve decided to slowly come back and re-open our Café at Zehdenicker Straße and at Rosenthaler Platz

The rules remain the same:

– Only cashless payment
– 1,5M distance
– Good mood by us for you 🙂

CORONA CAN’T KILL COWORKING.

We offer our members to work at Zehdenicker Straße 1 or B-Part where we have plenty of space, 24/7 access and electronic locks. In case your current membership doesn’t include these locations, just send an email to info@sanktoberholz.de and you’ll get a free upgrade. Members at Zehdenicker Straße can also use conference rooms THE VOID (ground floor) and LEM (4th floor) for free. Please make sure to lock LEM when you leave! B-Part Members can enter the Fixed Desk Area upstairs. All teams can still access and use their Private Offices as usual.

For those of you who have a Private Office or Virtual Office, please pick up your letters and parcels at the café but please bring some verification or ID.

ST. REMOTE

Now that we can’t have a chat in the coffee queue, we switched to digital services: Join our St. Oberholz Members Slack Workspace to keep up with the community!

As the Covid-19 virus began taking a grip on Europe, Germany’s federal government decided to enact a hackathon that would define oncoming challenges, enable a platform for bright minds to come together and create a collective bottom-up approach in fighting the virus before it could take anchor.

This came together in the form of the We vs. Virus Hackathon. One weekend that broke the world record in digital hackathons: bringing together 42968 participants, 1924 Innovators, and 2922 mentors. 09.04. Thursday // Members Check-out Drinks // 18:00 – 19:00

In german we don’t need an explanation, we just have the word „Feierabendbierchen“ for that. The concept is even simpler than the rather long word: Grab yourself a drink, call it a day and hang out with the community for a chat.

14.04. Tuesday // Corona: New Work Life Week #4 // 15:30

In times of COVID-19 we’re being tested on how digital/modern/agile/ & fast we really can be. GERMANTECH’s own Managing Director Maria and Anna, Mom & Event & Program Manager, converse about the drastic measures and advantages they’ve encountered in the last week.

Plus, how GERMANTECH is moving forward positively by its own principles of: Inspire, Build and Grow to facilitate and support new working/life situations in these times of corona. We will address what we’ve learned in the last week and how we are moving forward one day at a time.

15.04. Thursday // PR DO’S AND DON’TS – PR can define your finest hour// 15:30 – 16:30

Most people will tell you that communication is the key to success in any relationship and in fact, that’s not far from the truth if not the truth, for businesses also. Public relations and outward communication is key in acquiring customers and prospects, sustains your stakeholders with up-to-date news and can let your inner story shine. So we wonder, what can WORLDCHANGERS IN TECH DO and NOT DO in their PR strategies and, particularly, how should you behave during an unprecedented global crisis?

We welcome one of GERMANTECH’s great mentors Tilo Bonow to take the stage and guide us through why PR is Queen, especially in tech companies and times when it’s most needed.

Tilo leads one of Berlin’s finest PR agencies, PIABO, and since 2009, the agency has been committed to companies that have a positive societal impact through new technologies and business models. PIABO has recently also launched a focused portfolio – its Greentech & Sustainability Practice.

16.04. Thursday // Members Check-out Drinks // 18:00 – 19:00

22.04. Wednesday // The Future of MADE IN GERMANY – Calling Engineers to the Frontlines // 17:00 – 18:00

Where does the “MADE IN GERMANY” brand stand now and where can it and should it go in the future? What about in times of a crisis?

In this live episode we talk to Prof. Dr. Achim Kempker, Chair of Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM) at RWTH Aachen Uni, about the importance of engineering in today’s world and how “Engineers Saving the World / Ingenieure Retten die Welt” is on a mission to revive makers for a better world.

Historically MADE IN GERMANY was first introduced as a label of origin & warning, which, opposed to its purpose, quickly turned into the best-known trademark for quality, precision and specialization. Germany quickly became known for its prime engineering and having created the highest density of global market leaders. However, keeping and upholding a known tradition has created barriers, such as a slow speed of digital adoption and keeping up with foreign competitors that are embracing modern and agile methods.

We look forward to talking to Achim to better understand where MADE IN GERMANY is, where it can go and how his network “Engineers Saving the World / Ingenieure Retten die Welt” can revamp the engineering industry.

ST. KREUZBERG

ENDLICH. MITTE IN KREUZBERG.

OPENING APRIL 2020.  St. Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, Torstraße 49, 10119 Berlin
